Background & Training
I am a faculty member at the University of Washington & Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, where I conduct research and supervise students in behavioral interventions. Since 1998, I have been a therapist helping people overcome a wide variety of challenges, including anxiety, substance abuse, and unhealthy behaviors. I hold a doctoral and master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree in Psychology & English from UC Berkeley.
